The San Diego Chargers were considered a Super Bowl contender before this season and finished 8-8. This is the second-straight year the Chargers have underachieved and missed the playoffs. So, logically head coach Norv Turner should be fired, right?

The San Diego Chargers had any chance for a playoff berth go right out the window Sunday afternoon. The Bolts stunk up the joint against the Cincinnati Bengals and lost 34-20. The Chargers now sit at 8-7 and will not reach the playoffs for the first time in five years. ...
