That sound you're hearing is Les Miles stroking out from laughing at Arkansas offering him the head football coach position. According to reports, the Razorbacks are offering Miles, currently running something of a juggernaut at LSU, five years for $27.5 million, so at least they're serious in their quixotic efforts ...
