Lenny Dykstra Charged With Indecent Exposure

Former New York Mets and Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Lenny Dykstra has been charged with indecent exposure in Los Angeles according to the AP. Dykstra allegedly exposed himself to several women he met on Craigslist.

The Los Angeles city attorney’s office says the 48-year-old could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine for each count.

Dykstra supposedly found victims by placing online ads looking for personal assistants or housekeepers. He allegedly exposed himself to multiple women between 2009 and 2011 after they responded to the ads. According to the report, Dykstra would expose himself after telling the women that the position required them to give him a massage.

Ah, the old “the job requires a massage” trick. I mean, who hasn’t used that line before what kind of a sick freak does something like that? If these allegations are true it is just another chapter in a long story of Lenny Dykstra’s fall from grace. The guy has never exactly been what I would call “stable” but this is a new low.

Dykstra is also currently facing charges of car theft, drug possession and bankruptcy fraud charges in separate incidents.

There has been no response to the charges from Dykstra’s camp thus far.
