Monday we learned that five colleges are getting their own special edition Pop Tart boxes: Michigan, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Arkansas.
This is a bit of marketing genius since Pop Tarts played a huge role in my college dietary plan, and have likely continued to do so for ensuing generations ...

Clemson head football coach Dabo Swinney has (kind of) followed in the footsteps of Georgia head coach Mark Richt and used his own money to compensate his assistant coaches.

So Oklahoma won the Red River Shootout 55-17 at the Cotton Bowl. The end of the game featured a completely full OU half of the stadium and a mostly-empty Texas half of the stadium once OU was obviously up for good, which was sometime in the second quarter.
