What I'm watching:
8:45 am - ESPN3 replay of Oklahoma State/Iowa State because I think I'm getting pranked by some one. No way did OSU lose to ISU. Unless....Oh, yeah, they really ARE Oklahoma State, so yeah that actually makes sense that they would blow their perfect season in Ames, IA ...

Illinois, Georgia Tech, Michigan and Baylor all lost on Saturday. God, Georgia Tech?!? They were playing Virginia! The Perfect Offense couldn't lose to Virginia! Innocence...slowly being...ripped...away.
Three of those four schools were handed their first loss of the year. Baylor lost their second, but this was the one that took them ...

What I'm watching Saturday:
12 pm: Baylor/Texas A&M - I know I'm supposed to be a Big Ten honk, being an Indiana grad and all, but after I watch the first quarter of the IU/Wisky game and the Hoosiers somehow give up 42 unanswered points again, I'm done with the B1G ...

So Oklahoma won the Red River Shootout 55-17 at the Cotton Bowl. The end of the game featured a completely full OU half of the stadium and a mostly-empty Texas half of the stadium once OU was obviously up for good, which was sometime in the second quarter.

Now that the Big Ten has added Nebraska to become the new Big 12, the conference has to avoid making the same mistake the old Big XII made: putting all the good teams into one side of the conference (the Big XII South) and having a totally irrelevant division full ...

We're still recovering from the madness of last night's Sweet 16 matchups here in Houston at the NCAA South Regional. As we roamed the parking lot before tipoff of the opening game that pitted local favorite Baylor against St. Mary's, we quickly learned that Baylor fans are fantastic. They were ...

Yeah, that's right I said it. Rooting for Indiana University's men's basketball team is just freaking great. Not only has my Alma mater been tearing it up on the court the past two seasons (to the tune of a 16-46 record), but hated rival Purdue has become a national power. ...

A few leftover notes from this year's Super Bowl:
- How fitting is it that the two players most responsible for breaking Colts fans' hearts in this year's Super Bowl were rooted on by the very same fans in their collegiate careers?
Purdue alum Drew Brees was the MVP of the game, ...
