Offensive guru Norm Chow is going to be Hawaii's next football coach. That is, just as soon as he's done getting the Utah Utes, in his role as offensive coordinator, ready for the Sun Bowl against Georgia Tech.
Chow was an assistant to LaVell Edwards for 27 years at BYU before ...

What I'm watching:
8:45 am - ESPN3 replay of Oklahoma State/Iowa State because I think I'm getting pranked by some one. No way did OSU lose to ISU. Unless....Oh, yeah, they really ARE Oklahoma State, so yeah that actually makes sense that they would blow their perfect season in Ames, IA ...

What I'm watching:
12 pm: Flipping between Nebraska/Penn State for the train-wreck-watching and Okie State/Texas Tech for the O-fence.
3:30 pm: TCU/Boise State - At least, until Boise pulls away. This game has gotten intense what with all the BCS meetings and non-AQ's eating their own.
8pm: Stanford/Oregon - like everyone else.

The only picks by an actual Indiana grad who prefers Indiana football to Indiana basketball. It's an acquired taste.
What I'm watching this week (with my dad edition):
12 pm - Indiana at Iowa - I guess so my Hawkeye-fan dad can watch with me and make snarky comments the whole time. ...

According to the ESPN report, synthetic marijuana played a role in the death of Lamar Jack, a college basketball player and has been on the NCAA's ...

The South Carolina Gamecocks got their first bit of real bad news for the 2011 season on Sunday: stud running back, and focal point of the offense, Marcus Lattimore is done for the year with torn knee ligaments and cartilage damage. Getting rid of drunken master/quarterback Stephen Garcia seemed to have ...

Illinois, Georgia Tech, Michigan and Baylor all lost on Saturday. God, Georgia Tech?!? They were playing Virginia! The Perfect Offense couldn't lose to Virginia! Innocence...slowly being...ripped...away.
Three of those four schools were handed their first loss of the year. Baylor lost their second, but this was the one that took them ...

What I'm watching Saturday:
12 pm: Baylor/Texas A&M - I know I'm supposed to be a Big Ten honk, being an Indiana grad and all, but after I watch the first quarter of the IU/Wisky game and the Hoosiers somehow give up 42 unanswered points again, I'm done with the B1G ...

The Big East was already a crap football conference before the 2011 season even began. Then Pittsburgh and Syracuse bailed for the ACC, and TCU decided they would rather stay closer to home in the Big XII than move into the Big East in 2012.
I didn't know it was possible, ...
