Well, actually he just isn’t having his contract renewed for next year, but this means the mission of the greatest blog in history actually came to pass. Has this ever happened before?

Who knows what inner machinations of the Worldwide Leader led to the breakup of a 21-year partnership for Sunday Night baseball. All I can say is it’s about 20 years too late.

So thank you to ESPN. Not so much for doing what was sorely overdue, but for allowing me an opportunity to go back and read FJM one more time and pretending it was 2008 again.
