A few weeks back, Phil Jackson ruffled a few feathers when the Heat got off to a slow start by suggesting that Miami coach Erik Spoelstra might find himself in a "Van Gundy-type situation" and get replaced on the bench by Pat Riley if the team continued to struggle.
