It started innocuously enough this preseason with Rex Grossman, who proclaimed that the Washington Redskins were the team to beat in the NFC East.
We all had a hearty chuckle and said, "Oh, that Rex."
Trouble is the Skins haven't stopped talking ridiculous nonsense ever since.

Remember when Washington Redskins head coach Mike Shanahan went out on a limb last year and benched six-time Pro Bowler Donovan McNabb and inserted Rex Grossman in his place? Well, clearly Shanahan has been rewarded for his confidence in the Sex Cannon.
Grossman showed up to Redskins camp sporting a brand ...

As we approach the date of the 2011 NFL Draft, remarkably few things have really fallen into place. But one result that almost every expert is taking as a forgone conclusion is that the Washington Redskins will select Alabama wide receiver Julio Jones with the 10th overall pick. Seriously, try ...

Oakland Raiders owner Al Davis, who is still alive thanks to nightly readings of the Necronomicon and the daily drinking of virgin blood (or so we hear), hired a new coach on Tuesday. Yes, Raiders offensive coordinator Hue Jackson was promoted to the big job, but more importantly, Davis used ...

The Washington Redskins pick 10th in the 2011 NFL draft, and with a ton of holes on the roster they could literally go anywhere with that selection. Obviously the team's marriage to Donovan McNabb has fallen apart and if you believe they're going to hitch their wagon to Rex Grossman ...

Why the hell did Mike Leach react to the kid's concussion like that? I mean, it was just a mild concussion, and it's not like the kid was a starter. But I can't help but think this controversy/suspension has happened because of the Mark Mangino situation - Unathletic

It's become fairly obvious that Washington's Jim Zorn isn't going to survive the season. Everyone has been speculating on who will replace the embattled Redskins head coach. Now we may have a few more clues.
Earlier this week the Redskins hired Sherman Lewis to act as an offensive consultant to help ...

Let me just start this post off by letting everyone know that I am a Chargers fan. At first glance this may seem like homer-ish drivel, but I promise you I've had hours to digest what happened at "Obama Field" in Denver, and I can come to no other conclusion ...
