When former Cub fan favorite Ryan Theriot was traded to the Cardinals from the Dodgers on Tuesday, the response amongst myself and friends was a universal "Shit."

It was despicable. It was inexcusable. In fact, it was downright traitorous.
There I was, a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan cheering loudly, exchanging some spirited man slaps, sitting in the right field bleachers enjoying an ice cold beer.
Problem was I wasn't in Wrigley Field.
