The Los Angeles Dodgers made what is easily the biggest move so far this season by landing shortstop Hanley Ramirez and reliever Randy Choate from the Miami Marlins Tuesday night. The Dodgers sent pitcher Nathan Eovaldi and a minor leaguer to Miami in return.

The Florida Miami Marlins are looking to start their new era with a bang. They've already hired fiery manager Ozzie Guillen and now they are looking to make a splash in free agency as they head into their new ballpark in 2012.

Well, that didn't take long. On the same day he was reportedly set to be let go by the Chicago White Sox - and current Florida Marlins manager Jack McKeon announced he'd retire - Ozzie Guillen is reportedly headed south to become the first manager of the Miami Marlins.
