Former barely NFL quarterback Josh Booty settled a lawsuit against the Orange County sheriff's department alleging sheriff's deputies shot him with a stun gun while booking him for drunken driving.
Booty's attorney, Tariq Hasan, claims the former awful quarterback will receive $8,619.
