It's been well documented by our resident Padres fans that the Fathers haven't done a whole lot this offseason to make anybody feel great about their chances next year.
Trevor Hoffman is gone, they haven't added any more offense and have (unsuccessfully) shopped Jake Peavy. Who knows, Peavy may still be ...

As I'm sure you've heard, yesterday baseball's all-time saves leader agreed to a deal with the Milwaukee Brewers, officially ending his 16-year tenure with the San Diego Padres. As a lifelong Padres fan, I'm not happy. In fact, I'm the opposite of happy.
