The Raiders need to find a quality QB out there, and they ARE out there. There were a few bright spots on the team, but not many. But think what they could have done if they actualy had a REAL qb under center, instead of russell. Also, as a raider fan I know what jay cutler is, and I felt bad for the bears as soon as they made the change. Jay Cutler is TERRIBLE! Russell is getting paid for being a flop!
