I was wondering about the laws of adultery. From my understanding, it’s still considered illegal in Florida (amongst some other states). Would that be a separate claim (for money) if she divorced him or does that go into the “what is fair?” proceedings?

I’m interested to see if she sues for the marital property of celebrity. It’s not entirely without precedent in states like NY and CA. I think NY has actually recognized that the socialite status is part of the marital property and awarded money based on this.

Doesn’t sound that bad to me. $5 or $10 million just isn’t that much of a cut considering how much he makes. Endorsements alone have to dwarf that on a yearly basis.
