A Moment Of Amusement From Vince Young

So I’m watching Sunday night’s Tennessee-Indianapolis game with my two roommates. We’re all in the same fantasy league. We all have Tennessee wide receivers in our lineup this week.

I’m playing Nate Washington. And my other roommates are starting Justin Gage and Kenny Britt, respectively.

The Colts are blowing the Titans out. So there’s Vince warming up, the helmet goes on and he takes the field.

“Well there goes any value Tennessee receivers had.”

“Don’t we all three have one?”

“Yup.”

“Doesn’t do much for our chances of winning.”

“We have Tennessee receivers. We were going to lose either way.”

“Are we all losing?”

“Yup.”

  3. stop hating on Vince Young. He dominated his Freshman year, and was really strong his second year taking the Titans to the Playoffs. Jeff Fisher was crazy to bench him for a season and 1/2. Look at Eli Manning. It took him 4 or 5 years of SUCKING before he had the experience and composure on the field to start being a winner.

  4. Um, Vince Young’s “Freshman” year happened at Texas. Not with the Titans.

  6. I DONT THINK NASHVILLE WANTS A BLACK QB. THEY DIDNT WANT STEVE MCNAIR, THEY TREATED HIM LIKE CRAP,BUT THEY DIDNT HAVE A COLLINS TO SUB FOR HIM.ANYONE CAN SEE WHERE THEY ARE HEADED WITH COLLINS.
NO ONE IS REALLY SAYING WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO WITH YOUNG-TRADE HIM OR PLAY HIM? MY HEART GOES OUT TO THE TEAM. GOOD LUCK TITANS.

  7. Wait, what? Steve McNair is the most beloved player in Titans history. My head hurts even trying to process that last comment.

  8. The Titans will get there. They have a lot of their good players out on injuries. They did so good last year. They have it in them. I dont know about kerry collins, sometimes i think they should but vince young back in. Jeff Fisher is a very good coach.
