Shawn Chacon Does What Every Employee has Wanted to Do at Some Point

He threw his boss down to the ground by grabbing him around the neck. Yep, according to this Associated Press story Astros pitcher Shawn Chacon got into a heated exchange that was initiated by general manger Ed Wade and eventually grabbed him by the neck and threw him to the ground.

Now, of course, Wade and the ball club suspended Chacon indefinitely — presumably until they trade him. But it seems, at least from Chacon’s side of the story, that Wade is the ass here. Naturally, Wade has refused comment.

So, there ya go. Chacon gets back at The Man by showing his boss what’s up. I mean, who hasn’t wanted to do that once or twice? Good for him.

  2. Chacon was a douche bag. Good riddance to the tattooed punk.

You should really know a little more about the situation before making retarded comments and siding with a thug.

  3. You are kidding right? Wade was the ass? It seems to me that he did everything he could have possibly been expected to do. He scheules meeting with Shawn, and they are ignored; he comes out to talk to Shawn directly, and gets physicsally attacked. I don’t care what the situation is, assaulting your boss is never ever ok.

I hope like hell Shawn is forced to work a real job – given his skillset outside of baseball, Taco Bell or McDonalds appear to be at the a good match for a man of his capabilities. Who knows, if he applies himself, he may eventually learn how to be a good employeee. As a minumum, he’ll learn how to flip a burger.
