First of all, the reason Dungy is open to being called a hypocrite IS because he wrote a book which basically outlined how we (the general public) should raise our kids. And guess what…..it wasn’t a secret that Dungy wrote this book. It was a NY Times bestseller for almost a month, and he was on numerous talk shows promoting it.

That Indy Star writer is right on. The public doesn’t have the right to judge football coaches for personal problems (Andy Reid). But when those coaches profess to be experts on raising children and then don’t even want to be in the same state as their kids (Dungy) smacks of hypocriticism.
