He's a great regular season coach but a terrible post-season coach. The Chargers have progressed beyond needing Marty, they have enough talent to make the playoffs, now they need someone to win a few games there. I'm not sure that Norv is the answer, but even if he isn't, the end result will still be the same as if we had Marty as coach -- disappointment. I guess the question is whether or not you are satisfied with a season that was about 10 seconds away from being undefeated followed by a total choke job in the playoffs.
